One of our Core Security Officers Paul Graham has been praised by our customer BGL Group at their Financial Services Call Centre in Sunderland.

Officer Graham observed unauthorised persons ….. youths on the premises and using the site’s CCTV recorded their activity breaking into the bicycle shed in an attempt to steal  staff memebers bicycle/s.

Officer Graham was able to, in a safe condition, approach and detain the youths, whilst awaiting backup from the local police Services Teams who formally arrested the persons concerned for attempted theft and causing damage to property.
