In September 2018 Security Officer William Gregory was presented with the TTS FM Shining Star certificate and gift voucher for his Consistent High Standards and Service Approach.

Elaine Arberry, Health & Sadety Manager at Tulip Ltd, Westerleigh, Bristol said  ‘Security Officer William Gregory is positioned at our main Gatehouse and manages all of our access and egress covering HGV transports, staff arrivals and departures and all customer meet and greetings here at Westerleigh. William (known as Will) takes everything in his stride and nothing is too much trouble.’
