Recognising our TTS FM Security Officers that ‘go above & beyond’….

Today I presented this months TTS FM Shinning Star Award to Mark Adam’s a Security/Safeguarding Officer assigned to Northumberland College in Ashington.

My customers, the College Principal & Director wrote to me to highlight Marks good deed. Mark came to the aid of a student studying at the College who was struggling to understand & upload an electronic application for the College. Mark, using a translation app’ was able to convert the guidance notes for the application from English to the Mongolia language & by doing so, the young female student was able to close-off her application on-line.

When I met with Mark today to present his award he said; it was my pleasure to help. I was approached by the student who seemed to be upset. I applied a listening ear & found a solution.
