Cheryl Bradley, South Tyneside Council’s Customer Service Advisor wrote to TTS FM offering excellent feedback re Gavin’s work at One Trinity Green. Cheryl outlined how earlier this year Gavin experienced a life threatening health situation – a brain tumour which resulted in a major operation with hours of visiting his doctor. Gavin had ignored a number of headache symptoms leading up to his emergency admission to hospital and it was only when he spoke to his mother, who insisted he visited his doctor that his life threatening condition was discovered.  Despite Gavin’s critical situation, with support from his family, friends, fellow TTS FM Security Officers and colleagues Gavin has made a remarkable recovery and all within three months.

Gavin was addressed into this communication – ‘Gavin your can do attitude is truly inspirational to us all.’  Gavin was presented his Shining Star Award from director Steve Yellowley for Outstanding Service Delivery – under exceptional circumstances. Well from from all at TTS FM.
