TTS FM Security Officers are employed to protect; property, assets, and people. Our Security Officers are uniformed and act to protect property by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or CCTV systems) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate
TTS FM – Security Guarding Process Consultation - All of our Operation Account Managers are experienced and qualified Security Industry professionals and will complete:
• Risk Assessments – Security
• Site Surveying – Security and Risk Prevention
• Risk Assessments – Health and Safety at Work related
• Performance Management
TTS FM – Assignment Survey – The Assignment Survey will identify the unique Security and or Faculties requirements, including Health and Safety issues of each client.
TTS FM – Assignment Instructions -This is to clearly define the precise requirements of the Security Assignment. Due to the nature of these documents they are secured and controlled on-site with the Security Officers Teams, our head office and our 24×7 Control Station. The Assignment Instruction document can be updated at any time covering permanent and temporary duties and responsibilities.
TTS FM – Security Officer Visits and Audits – Regular Assignment Audits are undertaken by our Operations Account Manager and or Mobile Supervisor during which Security Officers are assessed and graded on various aspects of performance and suitability in-line with our operating standards BS:7499. These essential Quality and Awareness Audits are designed to develop the knowledge and understanding of quality throughout our organisation but particularly for site based Security Officers. The whole process is linked to our TTS FM – 360 Communications Policy and continuous improvement with a view to identifying areas of improvement and added value after each and every visit.
TTS FM – KPI meetings – Performance Reviews – Our Operations Account Manager will complete monthly Key Performance Indicator meetings whereby any aspect of our TTS FM service delivery can be analysed, amended and wherever possible improvements will be made in line with our Regular Assignment Audit findings.
TTS FM – 360 Communications – All Security Officers will receive a ‘weekly’ communicating from either our Operations Account Manager, Mobile Supervisor and or Control Station Controller, part of our Security Officer Welfare and Care Plan.
TTS FM – Reports – All reports are handled and escalated from our Security Officer on his/her Security Assignment into our Duty Mobile Supervisor and if warranted into our Duty Operations Account Manager whereby full support and advice is given. All reports are centralised at our Head Office ensuring all reports indicating possible service deficiency, customer dissatisfaction and or a major occurrence/incident are dealt with on the day the report is generated and that customers are kept appraised of any investigation. All reports are viewed daily by the Senior Leadership Team.
