June 2025 Shining Star Award is issued to Security Officer, Phil Giles for his exceptionally good observations skills when he identified and prevent a crime in progress at his Security Assignment, Zentia Ltd, Team Valley, Gateshead.
Phil observed a local scrap merchant attempting to access his assignment with the intention of removing goods not belonging to himself. Phil acted quickly, approached and warded-off the said perpetrator successfully.
Phil has been recognised not only for the above act but also, our customers Lisa Robinson and Tim Curry of Zentia Ltd wanted to thank Phil for his proactive attitude and overall service.
