This afternoon I had a wonderful experience and I’d like to share it.
I attended one of our oldest customers, Tyne Metropolitan College in Wallsend, Newcastle Upon Tyne to see off our longest servicing Security Officer, Steve Bentley.
At the ripe old age of 70 years he’s decided to retire.
Handing over a lovely card signed by all the TTS FM Team and armed with bottle of Steve’s favourite tipple, Johnnie Walker Whisky, I joined in the College’s final farewell.
A well respected Security Officer, College Students and staff gave Steve a wonderful send off, singing Kenny Rodger songs to him. Steve is a Kenny Rodger impersonator. Steve’s wife was his surprise guest.
Steve sang his way into retirement and we wish him a great retirement and many years more singing his favourite tunes 👏👏👏
