Our Shining Star for October 2025 goes to Michael Bailey.
Officer Bailey went above and beyond his call of duty whilst on shift at his Bidfood Ltd, Gateshead Security Assignment in Oct 2205.
Officer Bailey observed an elderly man struggling to walk and breathe properly passing the assignment on the public walkway. Officer Bailey went to his aid, assessing the potential medical issue, gave care and consideration and gave comfort to the gentleman who informed Officer Bailey he was looking for the local Vauxhall garage to buy a new car. Officer Bailey took in the gentleman gave him refreshments whilst attempting to establish family members that may be able to support. He couldn’t determine any family nor the gentleman’s home address. Officer Bailey he ordered a local Taxi for the gentleman and supported him with reassurances the Taxi driver would take him directly to the car dealer. Officer Bailey paid for the Taxi fee because the gentleman was confused. Our customer became aware of Officer Bailey’s act of kindness and nominated Officer Bailey for a TTS FM Shining Star.
